TODAY marks week 20 - the halfway point! Only 20 more weeks until we get to meet our BABY! We are so excited! We are also excited about the BIG ultrasound coming up Monday! Check back next week for an update on BT's gender! Ahhh!
BT is now weighing approximately 10 1/2 ounces and is the length of a banana (6 1/2 inches or so). As baby grows, so do those little movements in my belly. We seem to have progressed from flutters to flips (or something that's stronger than a flutter but not quite a kick). Sunday was exciting, because I felt my first genuine kick that I knew was baby! It woke me up from drowsing! That's been the only one so far, but I'm looking forward to more soon!
Also, last night was exciting! I was laying down, feeling the baby move and was able to put my hand on it and feel it from the outside. So I grabbed Jacob and put his hand on the baby and he got to feel it move! He was very excited! I think it made the baby that much more real for him.
That's pretty much all the news for now. Sometime this week I'll take another belly shot and show off that little bump!
