Pop!

Well, it finally happened--my belly has popped! Not much, but it's definitely there and not leaving. I'm not exactly sure when it happened, but last night Jacob and I were looking at it and he said, "It looks like your belly just popped out." It's now discernible under most of my normal fitting clothes. I'm thinking I may not be in them much longer. Anyone have some small maternity clothes they'd like to donate? :)

As for other news, BT is 18 weeks today! Here's what that means: BT is about the size of a bell pepper and weighs between 5-7 ounces. I should be able to start really feeling movement ANY time now! Another milestone BT has achieved is that his or her ears are now in their proper place. I'm not sure where they were before, but apparently they move around. But now they are fixed to the side of dear BT's head. BT is also developing the skills needed to yawn and hiccup, and has his or her very own unique set of fingerprints.

We are eagerly anticipating our ultrasound November 22, where we'll get to find out if we're having a boy or girl! I'm thinking pink, but most of the old wives' tales say I'm having a boy, so we'll just have to wait and see who's right!
